Our Story
At the helm is CEO Benjamin Berg, who is dedicated to customer success. He inherited the mantle in 2017 from founders and industry veterans Greg and Karen Grove, who built the company with tenacity, determination, innovation, and uncanny creativity. Their two-person initiative grew from a base of dozens of customer accounts to an expanding family-like core of passionate employees and tens of thousands of merchants served over the next decade.
Today, Benjamin leads the company with an eye toward beneficial partnerships, continued innovation, and operational excellence. With a humble spirit and desire to honor the company’s history, he and the eCard team are committed to carrying on company’s legacy of creativity and customer service it has long been known for.
